tutorial on "Computational analysis of regulatory proteins"
This is a hands-on tutorial illustrating some bioinformatics analyses that can be applied to transcriptional regulatory proteins that are known/thought to bind to DNA. This short course was scheduled to take 2 hours and can be completed with any computer with Internet connection. The only local software that we recommend for local installation is a 3D renderer such as RasMol, DeepView, PyMOL or Chimera.
This material was originally produced for a live demonstration session held at VI National Conference BIFI 2013.
