This document describes the software DNAPROT and provides a few examples
on how to use it. DNAPROT is an algorithm that essentially converts an array of
atomic interactions, inferred in an input protein-DNA complex in PDB format,
into a position weight matrix (PWM) which to some extent captures binding
specificity.
