The change in Justice Administration towards the adoption of electronic files has experienced notable difficulties because of the huge volume files current-ly open that are only available in paper format, or combining elements both in paper and electronic formats. This work proposes a measure towards the progressive replacement of the paper support: the digitization, at the moment of its breakdown, of the documents provided by the parts of a justice process and their conservation in electronic format.
