Although collecting photographic subjects and authors from Aragon goes back to the mid-nineteenth century, as evidenced the singular case of the painter Bernardino Montañés, the main current collections started to form in the early 1980s. This paper presents a detailed description of the most representative of them, which add to the bibliography generated by the collections and their owners.
