This document presents the concepts, summary and first results of the 15NRM03 Hydrogen project started in June 2016. The main aim is to meet the current demands of standardisation in the hydrogen sector being a collaborative project which includes national centres of metrology, technological companies and research centres from Europe. The standards which are going to be revised are the ISO 1611 about the hydrogen mass measurement in metal hydrides and the ISO 14687-2 about the hydrogen impurities presence that could affect to the PEMFC(Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell) degradation for the use in road vehicles. In the case of the ISO 16111, it will be developed a simple method capable of measure the hydrogen quantity in a metal hydride tank whereas in the case of the ISO 14687-2, a risk assessment with respect to possible hydrogen impurities and an analysis method capable of measure these impurities will be developed.
