PID2020-116598GB-I00: GAPS AND DATES. CULTURAL DYNAMICS IN THE PREHISTORIC EBRO BASIN (GAD)
The general objective of the project has already been set out in the introduction of the application: to know and systematize the development and expansion of the prehistoric settlement process in the Ebro Valley, during the two mentioned Middle Paleolithic and Mesolithic wide stages. We are now interested in addressing chronological issues related to dating systems and theirs problems, the detection of chronological gaps, and especially the role played by dating in archaeological interpretations. The title of the proposal reflects this goal: Gaps and dates. Cultural dynamics in the prehistoric Ebro Basin.
